Personal training is one of the most rewarding jobs there is. I have been helping clients achieve their goals for nearly 10 years, and it is as rewarding today as it was the first day I started. As well as coaching my clients to help them achieve their goals, I have gotten to share in the happy and memorable times like their weddings, birthdays, pregnancies and christenings. And when my clients have gone through tough times, I have been there with them every step of the way. In short, my job rocks because I get to form relationships with fantastic people.
I have helped junior athletes make it to the world junior championships in skiing and break testing records at the Australian Institute of Fitness; helped clients lose 40 plus kilos of bodyweight; rehabilitated chronic long-term injuries; helped mums get back in shape after their pregnancy; reversed heart chronic health conditions; transformed physiques; turned scrawny guys into units and weapons; helped turn sedentary people into fitness machines; gotten people looking amazing for weddings and dance parties and taught dozens of people how to eat better and live healthier lives.
Every one of those achievements and transformations was as rewarding for me as it was for my clients. Building trust and providing motivation and accountability is the thing I do best. I am doing a psychology degree part time so I have an extra edge in helping people to understand the psychology of behaviour change and personal efficacy that is central to achieving any kind of fitness or health related goal.

All one on one clients receive:
- Before and after photos (accountability!)
- 24/7 email support
- Blood pressure and resting heart rate (RHR) assessment
- Weight and circumference measurements
- Goal setting
- Overhead squat assessment
- Flexibility testing
- Fitness and strength testing
- Online holistic health screening
- Nutritional guidelines and a diet will be emailed to each trainee
- Online training log in to view your progress and results and program to follow for the other days of the week

Buddy sessions:
If one on one training is out of your price range then ‘buddy sessions’ could be the answer. Training with a friend is awesome fun and comes with the added bonus of providing each other with accountability outside of your sessions.
You get all the same services as a one on one client but for nearly half the price!
