Corporate Group Session Breakdown

Corporate and group training is fun, challenging and very stimulating. It ‘s the perfect activity for team building and has the added benefit of adding years to your life.

Inner Mastery has been working with corporate organisations and group fitness training for the past eight years. We devise thorough, innovative and effective group training sessions for up to 12 people. It’s a fun and effective way to collaborate with your work colleagues outside the office and promote healthy work / life balance principles into your employee engagement policies. We can devise short term or long term exercise plans for your employees and track their progress.

From boxing to grappling, power training, Olympic lifting, kettle bells, sprint and agility drills. Our sessions are designed to burn the maximum calories whilst ensuring perfect technique with a special focus on spinal health and awareness.

Sessions are available at several locations around the city, lower north shore and eastern suburbs. If you have a group and a park nearby then we can find a way to make it happen.

Special attention is given in the first month to learning proper technique and better lumbar awareness so that all trainees can eventually do the more advanced exercises without risk of injury.

Inner Mastery Group training programs include:

  • Before and after photos (accountability!)
  • Blood pressure and resting heart rate (RHR) assessment
  • Weight and circumference measurements
  • Goal setting
  • Overhead squat assessment
  • Flexibility testing
  • Fitness and strength testing
  • Online holistic health screening
  • Nutritional guidelines and a diet will be emailed to each trainee
  • Online training log in to view your progress and results and program to follow for the other days of the week
  • A whole lot of sweat
  • A whole lot of fun!

45 minute session prices start from $30 per person for a group of three to $17 per person for a group of 8-10.

  • 3-4 people $30/each per 45min session
  • 5-6 people $25/each per 45min session
  • 7-8 people $20/each per 45min session
  • 9-10+ people $18/each per 45min session

60 minute session prices start from $35 per person for a group of three to $22.50 per person for a group of 8-10.

  • 3-4 people $35/each per 60 min session
  • 5-6 people $27.50/each per 60 min session
  • 7-8 people $25/each per 60 min session
  • 9-10+ people $22.50/each per 60min session
