Our Mission

Clients come to us because there is something they enthusiastically want to change or improve upon in their lives. Be it decreasing their stress levels, losing weight, improving sleeping patterns, cleaning up their diet, rehabilitating an injury, increasing strength and performance for a competition or being able to see their six-pack. They have made the commitment to making a change. All these changes require a lot of effort and no small degree neural programming or re-programming.

Learning something new is much evasier than trying to undo a bad habit you’ve had for 20 years. Our mission is to teach you how to increase the gap between stimulus and response, to empower you to make new decisions about old habits. Learning this technique takes a lot of discipline.

I have seen so many of my own clients who are very successful and disciplined in other areas of their life have absolutely no discipline when it comes to accomplishing their health related goals. It was after much consideration and research that I realised the error was in their mental approach. A new direction and approach was needed all of us.

Everyone always talks about “trying” to achieve his or her goals. But when it comes to your discipline there should be no trying. Your mindset needs to be, “ you are either being disciplined or you are not” You are either succeeding or you are failing. We all know goals take time to achieve, but it is the commitment to being disciplined that is most important. Are your present actions congruent with your future goals?

Endurance is one of the most difficult disciplines, but it is to the one who endures that the final victory comes.

Our mission is to try to teach our clients that kind of discipline and self-mastery. Mastery of your body, your emotions, and of your mind. There are only so many hours we can spend with a client in a week. For the remaining 165 hours or so it is up to you. It is you that have to begin creating new positive habits and behavioural patterns that will stay with you for the rest of your life. And it is you; your family and loved ones that will get to enjoy the rewards of your long, healthy and abundant life.

Our Philosophy

We all have our own individual hopes and dreams, and we all have different motivations.
Our aim is to help you decide which is the best road for you to take to achieve your goals.
At Corporate Bodies we want to help you get there as quick as you can, having as much fun as you can along the way.

There are a lot of highly qualified trainers who train every individual as though that person were an athlete trying to get to the elite, professional level. If that is your goal then we have the strength and conditioning background to help you with that. But if your goal is to look good naked for your honeymoon in 12 weeks, then look fabulous for your honeymoon you will!!!

We are all about personal training. We are not going to make you do a rehabilitation phase if it means you won’t look your best for wedding.

We will however always be honest. Every Inner Mastery personal training client will receive an in-depth initial structural balance and length tension assessment and health screening. This assessment will tell us everything we need to know to help you get to where you want to go.

Our professional recommendation may entail you completing a rehabilitation, postural balance, flexibility and/or core strength phase if we feel it is necessary. Our most important priority is helping you reach your goals whilst helping you avoid injury at all cost.

Our recommendation will be based on the latest, most up to date scientific research and protocols, not on our desire on to “squeeze” more money out of you. If you can make the time to make things happen, we will be there to guide you.

Our motto is motivation thru education. We want our clients to still be applying all they’ve learned about how to live a healthy life for the rest of their lives. Climbing Mount Everest at 75? Skydiving and tennis at 85? Kicking the footy with your great, great grandson? You better believe it! These days we have the know-how, and we’re here to share that knowledge with you.

The thing that separates our trainers is that we love what we do. There is no better feeling than watching someone achieve their goals knowing you helped them get there.

And don’t forget, we’re just like you...we’ve all had our own mountain’s to climb, and we have our bad days too. What’s a life without good food, wine, beer and chocolate??? We’re here to show you how to balance good health whilst still living a rich and full life.
